If you wish to cancel your order or find you cannot handle the care of the insect or decide it is not to your taste then I will take them back with a full refund although return shipping will be at you own cost.
Guaranteed live delivery with Royal Mail Special delivery Only (plus with shipping Heat Pack purchased during October-March), please inform me on the day of arrival of any DOA.

From now untill 1st Jan 2010 I will only be sending out Royal Mail Special Delivery due to the Christmas Period and the hold ups with Royal Mail during the festive period. Merry Christmas.
